Jill Stowell Born and raised in Taiwan, Jill grew up stretching and practicing asanas.
Interested in spirituality and personal improvement, yoga has brought Jill peace and
calmness and continues to guide her to look within. She appreciates the opportunity to
share energy, peace and light with everyone in her classes.
Daryl Bacon Daryl began practicing yoga over 10 years ago as a means to manage
stress while working as a paralegal in the fast paced field of law. After her first class,
she was immediately hooked on yoga's trinity of healing and inspiring benefits --
balancing the mind, body and spirit. Yoga is her life's passion and became a RYT with
Yoga Alliance, under the study of Scott Feinberg. Daryl's intention is to guide the
student through a safe, mindful practice of the physical asanas, with a concentration of
opening the heart as means to reach his or her inner peace and happiness.
Patricia Delehanty-Miegel Patricia is a certified yoga teacher through Transcend
Yoga and a registered member of Yoga Alliance. She has a B.S. degree from Michigan
State University in Environmental Science and Education. Having been a Biology and
Physical Science teacher for several years, she finds fascinating the parallels between
Physics and Eastern Philosophy along with the ageless wisdom of Yoga. Patricia practiced
various types of yoga for well over a decade but it was a week-long intensive study with
Deepak Chopra involving primordial meditation combined with Transcend Yoga’s
teachings of Yoga and Spirit that inspired her to become a certified yoga instructor.
Experiencing the benefits of yoga in her own life she is excited to share it with others.
Patricia believes we all seek to find balance in our lives. It is upon this theme that she
has developed her class, The Balanced Yogi: Yin/Yang. She believes finding balance is
rooted in being accepting of and comfortable with oneself. As she guides her students
through proper alignments in postures she stresses that everyone’s anatomy is unique,
there are options for all poses, and a student’s practice is essentially a personal
experience for their own body and being. Patricia is also certified in Yoga for Kids.
Dan Baker Dan discovered yoga while researching stretches to help with past sports
injuries. Through a gentle and toning practice he has developed balance, strength
building, and stretching exercises with breath awareness and mindfulness. He believes
that by finding peace within ourselves through yoga and other practices, we can bring
peace to the world. Dan invites all levels to his class and looks forward to sharing his
practice with you.
Bob Schindler Bob began practicing Kundalini Yoga in New Orleans in 1974 and has
been practicing continuously since then. In 2001 he took teacher training in the
Iyengar Style under Bobbi Goldin at the Yoga Institute of Miami. In accord with his
structural engineering background, his classes focus on precision and alignment,
teaching awareness of where the body is when doing asana and using props and
modifications to accommodate different body types.
RaeAnn Banker, E-RYT 500, is passionate about the transformative power of yoga!
After RaeAnn experienced yoga’s power to heal and transform her body, she completed
Iyengar teacher training at the Yoga Institute of Miami and began to share her love of
yoga with others. When she met her teacher, Parvathi Nanda Nath (founder of
Saraswati River Yoga) in 2001, RaeAnn began to practice meditation and classical
Tantra, experiencing yoga’s power to clear the mind and heal the spirit. She began
intensive studies and teacher training in the Saraswati River method with Parvathi, a
process that continues to this day. RaeAnn has been teaching yoga full-time for more
than 10 years. Her classes feature a flowing style which anchors the mind in the
present moment, and a focus on alignment which allows the body to develop or return to
a state of radiant health. Her private sessions use the therapeutic benefits of yoga as
tools which students can use to relieve pain, restore function and increase vitality.
RaeAnn is the owner of River Yoga in Lahaska, PA where she is a senior teacher for
asana classes, therapeutic yoga and teacher training including CEU provider through the
Yoga Alliance.
